Meet our Principals
Bruce Dwyer
Bruce is the founder of Seachange Businesses. He had a mid-life seachange himself, moving from Melbourne to Coffs Harbour, ostensibly to retire and roar around on his Harley Davidson. He tried golf, an unmitigated disaster. Retirement didn't last long; the lure of the entrepreneurial business world was too much. He had spent his entire working life in entrepreneurial mode, founding, developing and restructuring businesses. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, a Masters Degree in Accounting, is a Fellow of the Tax Institute of Australia and is presently completing a Doctor of Business Administration at Southern Cross University. Bruce has established a unique world wide network of business contacts, stretching from China to Brazil. He has owned and managed dozens of businesses, some employing several hundred people. He is warm and friendly and available to discuss your business objectives, whether buying, selling, financing, or restructuring. Most of all, he truly understands the financial pressures and complexities of businesses, whether large or small.
