Helen has recently joined Seachange Businesses working in Reception / Administration department. Helen holds a Diploma of Management and Continuing Professional Development Management for Quality Customer Service.

For the past 7 years Helen has been in the Real Estate Industry working in sales environment listing and selling residential properties alongside the Sales Manager as his Personal Assistant. Helen’s previous position was in Sydney as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director of McGrath Real Estate Sutherland Shire.

Helen has now relocated to Coffs Harbour to join us in our office and also her family who all live in the Coffs Harbour Region. Helen has excellent written and verbal communication skills, she has a high level of honesty and integrity as well as strong client understanding and excellent customer service skills.

Helen brings a wealth of experience to our office with her positive and mature approach she knows how to get the job done in a flexible and professional manner. She has a strong work ethic and is highly committed to providing a high level of quality service to all our customers and clients.
